The role of this position is to author the official history of The South Pacific...This would include both serious and fun elements, covering the Charter, Government, Foreign Affairs and the wild and often crazy general happenings within the Region...

The ideal candidate is not required to have an exhaustive memory or first hand experience of the Region's historical facts, but should be able to gather such information from the wealth of knowledge and experience to be found lurking in the cavernous minds of the forum members, elder statesman and those who are newer to the forums...

The candidate also needs to be able to present the facts in a clear, concise and un-biased manner with an audience that is as wide and varied as the membership of the forum...
